My Year In Review

This year has been an interesting one. 2020 has been nothing but back and forwards, always trying to pull something, whether it be COVID-19, World War 3, or anything else. But this is also my graduation year from high school, i"m excited and nervous at the same time. Photography has been really fun, though, after quarantine, I started to slack a little bit. Just about all the projects were really cool, and forced me to use my imagination to create good looking photos.

My Favorites had to be:

-Bokeh Ad - Made it feel like it was a real, professional ad, very interesting project to say the least

-Shady Students - Had to be creative with perspective, shapes, and where the sun was

-No regrets silhouettes - Same as shady students, with more emphasis on perspective

-Get off my cloud - Had to find specific clouds that showed day progression

-Text Effect - Fun, simple way of making normal text pop out

(In no particular order, though)

Though...One Face Fifty ways was a tad bit tedious, but, I managed to be able to get it finished with good results. Mr Solis is a pretty cool teacher, and a pretty cool guy in general, and I genuinely enjoyed having him as my teacher. Any new students coming in-though I doubt you'll ever see this-just be ready to turn projects in on time, and always take more pictures than you need. Those two tips will get you through the year. As I get ready for graduation, I don’t know if I’ll ever see Mr. Solis or anyone else in my photography class again, but I hope I would be able to, and wish them well in the years to come, it really was fun in that class.
