My Top 5 Photography Pictures
This year has been a long one indeed. My top five projects have really shown me how much I have improved over the years. Looking back two years ago is kinda embarrassing because of how bad I was as a photographer. But I’ve changed for the better.
Each project taught me something different, whether it be advanced posing from posing 101, or different creative scenery ideas from my one face fifty ways project. In each of them, I learned something new and creatively advanced, and it paid off in my grade.
Definitely the one face fifty ways was the most difficult project, as I had to go out of my way to find the right spot out in public. It took some creativity, thinking, and a little luck. Having to coordinate with my subject and brainstorm place ideas for pictures wasn’t easy, but I pulled through. I spent nights wondering how I finish the project, seemingly overwhelmed by school and clubs and others among those, but simply going out into the city is actually a great way to brainstorm, and it adds a sort of natural look to the pictures, at least I think so.
But let’s say I had the chance to do those projects again. I would definitely have done it differently than I did the first time around. But I think anyone would. I think my main problem was time management. I had good ideas for most of all the projects, and my teammates helped me in all of the projects, but I must be bad at keeping track of time or something, because I always seemed to run out of time each time.
Definitely though, I would love to dive even further into photoshop if I ever could. We didn’t hit too many new things in photoshop this semester, and it bums me out a little because of how cool photoshop is. I hope next semester hold more for photoshop, because honestly, it’s such a great thing to know how to use, personal and not personal use and all.
Down below this are my top 5 favorite projects, not in any particular order, though
(And some other projects as well)
